On Time Service – Express Clear Lake is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed flights, traffic conditions, missed shuttle service regardless of any reason.
- TSA recommends arrivals no less than 1.5-2hrs prior to scheduled flight arrival
- Under normal conditions non-stop/direct travel time is 1.25 hours to/from IAH Bush Intercontinental
- Under normal conditions non-stop/direct travel time is 45 minutes to/from HOU Hobby
- 1.5-2hr upon flight arrival is provided to international travels to claim baggage and clear customs
We understand the frustration with flight delays & cancellations, for this reason we will attempt to monitor arriving flights. Please understand we may not be able. As a courtesy, please contact us by phone/email once you are aware of the delay. Many times you will know prior to boarding.
